What to Do After Breast Reduction Surgery

Breast reduction surgery is not a very painful operation, it can be controlled with painkillers given after the surgery and patients can return to work after 10 days. However, certain points need to be considered in this process.

The bra, which is worn by the patient at discharge following the removal of the drain, should continue to be used for approximately 4-6 weeks. On the 3rd day after the operation, the dressing should be changed after the patients take a shower.
